At Evolve Outreach Southwest, we believe every young person has the potential to succeed, regardless of their background or past challenges. Our approach is centred on empathy, respect, and a commitment to understanding each individuals unique needs. By providing tailored learning experiences, support, and guidance, we create a safe, inclusive environment where young people can build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their goals. We are dedicated to empowering young people to overcome obstacles, redefine their success, and shape their own futures.

We offer a variety of services designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of our young people. We work closely with the team around the child, as well as the child themselves to identify the aims and objectives and create a plan to achieve them. Whatever the end goal, whether this is reintegration to mainstream, transition to a specialist school or to provide support on a short term basis while a school is identified, we work in a holistic way. This means supporting the young person to develop life skills and coping strategies, build their self-confidence and resilience and ultimately, break down the barriers which previously prevented them from meaningful engagement in education.
