Ben is a highly experienced education professional with over thirteen years of dedicated work in specialist schools, supporting children with diverse needs. He is passionate about empowering young people with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to the support, opportunities, and resources needed to achieve their full potential and thrive.

Ben has recently completed a BA (Hons) in Childhood and Youth Studies (2024). 

Arguably the most popular member of the team, Roo! 

Roo is a one year old cockerpoo (with not a lot of poodle!) If appropriate, Roo can accompany activities to support behaviour regulation, enhance engagement and emotional support. 

Carys brings over twelve years of experience in children's social care and child protection, having held key roles such as managing children's homes, serving as a regulatory inspector for OFSTED, and more recently working as the Operations Manager for a leading provider of children’s homes. She is deeply passionate about supporting young people holistically, focusing on understanding the root causes of behaviours rather than simply addressing the behaviours themselves. Carys is committed to reducing risks, improving outcomes, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive and achieve their full potential.
