We work closely with families, schools, and local authorities to deliver a holistic approach that prioritises wellbeing and personal development. Our focus is on supporting young people to build self-esteem, develop resilience, and reduce risks, empowering them to achieve positive, lasting outcomes.
With 1:1 or small group support, we provide the care and guidance needed to help young people meaningfully engage with their learning, overcome barriers, and realise their potential.

Alternative Provision
Evolve Outreach offers support to families in a respite and mentoring capacity. Our experienced practitioners are able to collect the child or young person from an agreed meeting place, such as their home address and support them to take part in a range of activities.
Support can be provided on a 1:1 basis or as part of a small group.

Evolve Outreach are able to support local authorities, the virtual school and providers of homes for children in care by creating individualised plans as part of a timetable of education, until a full time provision is identified.
